cauliflower is one the most first vegetable that come to our mind if we want to loss weight and some people might not like that plain and simple taste of that vegetable but there is another way to eat cauliflower without losing the taste and that is to fry it without oil.


Recipe:

Ingredients :


cauliflower - 1 big flower

(100g of cauliflower has 25 calories)


salt - a pinch


pepper - a pinch 

(according to taste)

How to Cook:


take the cauliflower and cut it to medium to larger size pieces and wash it well,


then take a baking plate and arrange the cauliflower,


then season it with salt and pepper according to taste ( add oil only if your need )


leave in the microwave for 20 to 25 mins,


then take the fries out and severe it in a cute blow and take a selfie before eating, and enjoy........
