the most simple recipe ever to make in your diet time is the black tea

I totally love it so much.

Ingredients

Tea                   -   1 Tsp  (cal 0)

Sugar              -   1 Tsp  (cal 16)

Water              -   1 Glass  (cal 0)

Total calories =  16

How to make :



take the glass of water and pour it into the pot and add the tea and the sugar 


boil it for 2 to 3 minutes 
(remember that adding sugar means your adding calories)


after that strain it and pour it into your favorite cup 

and take a selfie to full your heart and drink it

 
(  by the way, the sugar is optional )
