Curd Oatmeal   


Oatmeal is the most popular food in the dieting world and there are many ways to make it

today I am going to make it in a very simple way with is more healthy to eat and to lose weight




this dish is very simple 

you will be needing

ingredients

oats                                  -          50 g   (cal 180)

curd                                  -            50g  (cal 35)

salt                                      a pinch

green chilly                        -        1    (cal 2)       

mustard                              -        1/2 tsp (cal 1.5)

curry leafs                          -         10leafs  (cal 1)

uridal                               -         1 tsp  (cal 10)

         oil                                  -         1 tsp    (cal 20)   

water                                 -            1cup  (cal 0)

Total calories = 250

Let's start :

take a bowl and pour the water and add some oats mix it, 

cook it for 2 to 3 mins

you can use (rolled oats or instant oats) according to your wish


then let's make the topping, add oil 1  tsp into the pot, add mustard seeds and urad dal, let the seeds crack and add green chilly and then curry leaf 


after frying add it to the cooked mixer along with the curd that we made 


then your favorite oatmeal curd rice is ready to eat
