oatmeal simple and easy

 Oatmeal is the most popular food in the dieting world and there are many ways to make it

today i am going to make it in a very simple way with is more healthy to eat and to loss weight

all these recipes are my personal foods that I eat a lot





this dish is very simple 

you will be needing


ingridents

oats                                  -          50 g

sugar or honey                -          1tsp

milk                                -         1 cup

============================


let's start

take a bowl and pour the milk and add some oats

you can use (rolled oats or instant oats) according to your wish


then add the sugar or honey 


boil it for 1 to 2 mins 


then your favorite oatmeal is ready to eat

the tastiest food to eat in the morning or before going to bed and the good thing about this is that the oatmeal has low calories
