one of the best food that makes you feel full is Cauliflower without a doubt, and so who is ever in the mindset to lose some weight pleased do consider trying Cauliflower.

there are two simple different way to cook Cauliflower

one is to boil it and the other is to bake it










Boiling

RECIPE

Ingredients :

water            -   1 ltr      
cabbage           -   500grams
salt                  -  a pinch   
           turmeric           -  a pinch              
musted seeds    - half 1/2 tsp
 cyanine pepper   - 3

How to Cook :

 it is very simple, all you have to do is wash the Cabbage and cut it into small pieces

 then after that, take a pot and put it in the stove, and add 1 tsp of oil and the after the oil is heated add the musted seeds, let it crack, and then add the cabbage (pieces)  and pepper (chili) 

after adding the chili, pour the water and add salt, leave it for 5 to 10 minutes 

until the water drys 

then take the Cabbage and transfer it into a blow, then your tasty boiled Cabbage is ready...........
