Ingredients

Tea - 2 Tsp (cal 0)
Sugar - 1 Tsp (cal 16)
Milk (full fat) - 1 Glass (cal 79 = )
Water - 1 Cup (cal 0)

Total calories = 95

How to make :
take the glass of milk, water and pour it into the pot and add the tea and the sugar
boil it for 2 to 3 minutes
(remember that adding sugar means your adding calories)
after that strain it and pour it into your favorite cup
and take a selfie to full your heart and drink it
( by the way, the sugar is optional )
