  the most simple recipe ever to make in your diet time is the COFFEE

Ingredients

 Coffee powder               -                   1 Tsp (Cal 0)
 
   Sugar                                           1 Tsp (Cal 16)
  
             Milk   ( full fat )             -          1 Glass (Cal 79 = 100ml)

 Water                                            1 Cup (Cal 0)

Total Calories = 95

How to make :


 Take the glass of milk, water and pour it into the pot and add the coffee powder and the sugar 


boil it for 2 to 3 minutes
(remember that adding sugar adds calories so have in limit)


after that  pour it into your favorite cup 

and take a selfie to full your heart and drink it

(  by the way, the sugar is optional )
