Milk has played very importantly for every child's life in their growth, but when we grow up we change the habit and drink some other drinks in the morning. milk is always the best for the morning because sometimes we don't eat or don't have the time to cook in that time will be a filling snack for them and with a banana or apple, it is good morning breakfast. and so if you don't have time to cook please do try this because it is good for your health and taste good.

milk 100   - ( cal 79  full fat )

 (full fat) or (low fat) 


water          -  1 tsp (cal 0)


sugar         -  1 tsp (cal 16)

(or)

honey         -  1 tsp (cal 21)

Total calories = 95

How to make it :


Take a pot and pour the milk and same amount of water and heat it for 2 to 3 mins


then take it and pour the milk into your favorite cup

add sugar (optional) mix it will


then have your cup of milk with banana or apple or biscuits according to your taste,

my favorite is biscuits .......,
