Potato Fry (Diet)
if your a potato lover like me, and want to have potato chips or fry in your diet , this is the recipe for you.
Recipe:

Ingredients :
potato - 1 kg
(100g of potato has 76 calories)
salt - a pinch
pepper - a pinch
(according to taste)

How to Cook:
take the potato and cut it to medium to larger size pieces and wash it well,
then take a baking plate and arrange the potato,
then season it with salt and pepper according to taste ( add oil only if your need )
leave in the microwave for 20 to 25 mins,
then take the fries out and severe it in a cute blow and take a selfie before eating, and enjoy........
