one of the best food that makes you feel full is Sweet Potato without a doubt, and so who is ever in the mindset to lose some weight pleased do consider trying sweet potato.

there are two simple different way to cook sweet potato 

one is to boil it and the other is to bake it










Boiling

RECIPE

Ingredients :

water            -   1 ltr      
sweet potato     -   500grams
salt                  -  a pinch

How to Cook :

 it is very simple all you have to do is wash the sweet potato and break or cut the sweet potato into large pieces

 then after put the sweet potato (pieces) into the cooking pot and pour the water and add a pinch of salt and the put the pot on the  stove and leave it for 10 minutes 

don't overcook it because if you overcook it, it will not taste that good, cook it a medium 

then your tasty sweet potato is ready...........







Baking

RECIPE

Ingredients :

                  oil                 -   1 tsp or  1tbsp      
sweet potato     -   500grams
salt                  -  a pinch

How to Cook :

it is very simple all you have to do is wash the sweet potato and break or cut the sweet potato into small pieces

then after put the sweet potato (pieces) into the baking plate and pour some oil and add a pinch of salt and the put the plate on the microwave and leave it for 20 minutes 

bake it to the point  where the sweet potato turns crispy

then take it out and enjoy your tasty sweet potato...........
