Yam Fry (Diet)
yam is of the root vegetable that most people don't now but yam can also be cooked like potato and can be made to fry, this how you do it
Recipe:

Ingredients :
yam - 1 kg
(100g of yam has 118 calories)
salt - a pinch
pepper - a pinch
(according to taste)

How to Cook:
take the yam and cut it to medium to larger size pieces and wash it well,
then boil it before baking (boiling is an important part when your baking or cooking yam)
then take a baking plate and arrange the yam,
then season it with salt and pepper according to taste ( add oil only if your need )
leave in the microwave for 20 to 25 mins,
then take the fries out and severe it in a cute blow and take a selfie before eating, and enjoy........
